Dr. Rakesh Redhu did his M.B.B.S from Pt. B.D Sharma P.G.I.M.S, Rohtak and M.S. (General Surgery), from P.G.I.M.E.R, Chandigarh. Thereafter, he completed his M.Ch. (Neurosurgery) and “Fellowship Neurosurgery” from KEM Hospital, Mumbai, Maharashtra. He gained neurosurgical experience at various reputed medical institutes and acquired skills in managing microsurgical excision of all sorts of brain and spinal tumors, spinal instrumentation, correction of congenital spinal dysraphism, clipping of intracranial aneurysms, excision of cerebral arteriovenous malformations, traumatic brain injuries, epilepsy surgeries, anterior skull base surgeries, microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgias, endoscopic third ventriculostomy and diagnostic cerebral angiography.
He has published many research scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals and presented his research work at various neurosurgical conferences.
